WIN family tickets to Elderflower Fields Festival 2014

Elderflower (3 of 63)Is anyone else struggling through these dark winter days, dreaming of a sunny G&T in a field somewhere? Well I may have just the thing to add a ray of sunshine to your life.

It’s my very first competition at A Field Somewhere!

One of you lucky people will WIN a family ticket to Elderflower Fields Festival worth £310!

Elderflower Fields is a magical weekend of family fun in the beautiful Sussex countryside just 40 minutes from Brighton. 2014 will be the third year and it’s shaping up to be an absolute blinder.

Held across the May bank holiday (23-26th) the Elderflower experience brings a perfect mix of eclectic music, delicious local food and drink and stacks of fantastic activities to keep the whole family happy.

Unlike many other festivals, the team at Elderflower Fields work hard to make sure every visitor, young and old is catered for. Attention to detail is important from the moment you arrive. With a welcoming Elderflower cocktail or cordial for the kids, excellent local entertainment and of course, the famous So Sussex Sunday picnic. All included in the ticket price.

This year Elderflower Fields says hello to a stunning new woodland location in the heart of Sussex. As well as beautiful views and excellent camping facilities there are some other additions after customer feedback. There’s exciting activities for teenagers, more space, toilets, showers and bars and ‘drop and camp’ – allowing you to drive your camping equipment right to the campsite while the kids play.

If you’ve never been to a festival with your family  it’s the perfect way to start. It’s lovely and easy to get around, small enough not to lose the kids yet busy enough to keep everyone happy. (Top 10 tips for taking kids to festivals)

Sounds lovely, shame a “family” ticket doesn’t cover us.

Hi Pinkoddy, Thanks for dropping by.
My friend has 5 kids and she said the same but I guess they have to make some rules on prizes. Under 5’s are free so that helps her as 2 are little and even if she just had to buy 1 extra child ticket it’s certainly a fabulous family experience. I can’t recommend it enough for a weekend of letting the kids run free in a field somewhere.

Sounds like a fabulous festival to go to, will have a look to see if our diddler is old enough 🙂

Never too young to go to a festival. As long as you go prepared you’ll have a ball, and you can drive right to your campsite this year. Makes it so much easier as you can take everything you might possibly need (or as much as you can stuff in the car!)

Looks like a fab festival – was just about to enter as we’ve been talking about doing a festival but it’s the one weekend next year that we’re away – BUM!!! Good Luck with the competition and great post. #magicmoments

What a shame. Yes, bank holiday is certainly a busy weekend for everyone. If you need any tips on festivals with kids do get in touch. I’ve been to loads of them through work or play.
Please share the post anyway, maybe on of your friends could go.
      Thanks for reading.

Sounds like an awesome event! With a very new newbie in tow we’d probably have to give it a miss next year, but I’ll bear it in mind for 2015 🙂 #MagicMoments

When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Cheers!

Sorry about that. It’s a wordpress service so I don’t even think I have access. I will get in touch with them and try though.
