Team Honk. It’s official, we have lost the plot

Team Honk 2014 blogger Relay

My brilliant friend Mrs Gammon and I have joined #TeamHonk.

Yes, we have finally lost it and can think of nothing better to do on a Monday morning that roller skate 4 miles along Brighton seafront naked…

Only joking!

As if?

It’s all true except the naked bit. Just wanted to get your attention.

On the 20th January we will be taking part in the #TeamHonkrelay from Land’s End to John O Groats for Sports Relief.

Over 150 bloggers will run, walk, roller skate, swim, push buggies, hijack trains and pogo stick nearly 3000 miles over 6 weeks.

#TeamHonkBrighton is formed by lots of lovely local bloggers including Katie from Hurrah for Gin, Mrs Chic from Bare Chic, Anya from Older Single Mum, Chelle from Social Sparkle, Sophie from Cider with Sophie and of course, my partner in crime, the lovely Maddie from Gammon and Chips.

A veritable feast of Brighton bloggers!

Of course Maddie and I would have been more than prepared to do it naked but the risk of jeopardising the whole relay by getting arrested was just too high. Couldn’t live with myself if we ended up in the buff in Brighton nick with the baton and ruined the whole thing!

Instead we promise to pop on our silliest fancy dress and hit the sea front for our 4 mile stint. Come rain or shine. We will be there.

Sponsor us here if you like.

Thanks all

I would so love to do this with you! Sadly I wont be there till half term! I am driving the Cornwall leg though in Coombemill farm get up, sadly too far to cycle or skate. Please give me a tweet then. Good luck ladies. *Honk*
