Today is the United Nations International Day of Happiness.
The Day of Happiness campaign is a global celebration to mark #HappinessDAY. A time to celebrate what really makes us happy. The World is starting to recognise that ‘progress’ should be about increasing human happiness and wellbeing, not just growing the economy.
#HappinessDay is coordinated by Action for Happiness, a non-profit movement of people from around the world and supported by a partnership of like-minded organisations.
I’ve been lucky enough to just return from an amazing journey to see my family on the other side of the world.
