Support Brighton Fringe Festival

Brighton Fringe FestivalWe are so lucky to live in such an awesome city. I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather live in the UK.

Getting through these cold and gloomy months is always made easier for me when I start to see advertising for Brighton Fringe Festival. Summer is on its way, and nothing signifies this more in our home town than the start of the festival and 2 long bank holiday weekends.

For the last few years we have been lucky enough to take part in the Brighton children’s parade  with the kids and also go to many local Fringe events and free outdoor shows.

The Fringe festival is when Brighton comes alive and welcomes summer with outstretched arms.

Brighton Fringe 2016

One of England’s largest arts festival and one of the largest fringe festivals in the world the event celebrates the artists who make our great city the vibrant and creative place it is.

With only 3% of funding coming from public subsidy the Fringe rely almost entirely on the community and partners. This year we plan to support Brighton Fringe crowdfunding appeal and Opening Night Parade.

On Friday, 6th May 2016 our city will be illuminated with a night parade to Madeira Drive ending with a fireworks display on the beach. We can’t wait. You can support the Brighton Fringe Festival appeal from just £3 here.

Looking forward to May already.

See you there!

Last year we became Fringe members and gained many benefits as well as supporting the event, like 2 for 1 tickets and discounts across the city.
